The biggest online poker room in the world has a serious reason to celebrate this month: the dealing of its 40 billionth hand. That is some milestone, and if anyone, PokerStars knows that those responsible for its reaching have to be rewarded somehow. That’s exactly what it’s aiming for with the F40
poker promotion series which expands the celebrations allover the poker room, from the cash tables and the MTT ones to the SNG tables and the First Depositors’ freerolls.
The cash game tables host the milestone hands promotions. In this promotion, all those who are dealt into millionth hands are rewarded with $40 for each and every VPP they’ve accumulated through the last 40 hands. Because PokerStars doesn’t want any of its players to remain unrewarded, those dealt into the millionth hands get a VPP automatically, which means they have a minimum reward of $40 guaranteed anyway. For added value, the winners of these 1 millionth hands have their prizes doubled.
The milestone hands start from the 39,601,000,000th hand and end with the 40,000,000,000th one.
The MTT tables will see their fair share of celebrations too. On February 21st, a special Sunday Million will take place, which will offer a prize-pool of $4 million. First place will be guaranteed a $1 million payout. The buy-in to this event will be the regular $215, though cheaper opportunities for sharing a $1 million prize-pool will also exist.
There will be a bunch of $40,000 events as well, featuring buy-ins of only 40 FPPs. These
multi table tournaments are daily ones during the promotion period.
SNGs could not be left out of the celebrations either. From February 14th to 21st there will be special F40 Super SNGs, spread out across a wide range of buy-ins. These special SNGs will be 40-player ones, and you’ll be able to buy into them for as little as $1.10 and for as much as $55.
The same buy-in level winners of these SNGs will share a $40,000 prize-pool among them.
The First Depositors’ freerolls will carry the mark of the F40 celebrations too. PokerStars’ new players will have to use a special
PokerStars bonus code upon registration and they’ll pick up a free entry to all 40 First Depositors’ Freerolls running between February 14th and 21st. Each of these freerolls offers a $1,000 prize-pool.
In addition to all the above listed benefits, during the promotion, players will get $40 for 2,500 FPPs regardless of their VIP level.
