The World Poker Tour is where players are made and legends are established. This season you could become both with a $15,000 package from PartyPoker.
Party Poker is always well represented at live tournament poker events, but the question is; are you? You now have an opportunity to not just represent one of the biggest and most popular online poker sites at the biggest offline poker series, but you can do it with a package worth $15,000. The best bit about the Party Poker package is that you can use the WPT package in Vegas, or Paris, or Barcelona; basically wherever you want. Not only that, but in total PartyPoker will be giving away a million dollars worth of packages; at $15,000 a pop, you do the math as to how many there are to be won. However, it doesn’t end there; if you qualify for the WPT through Party Poker and win you’ll receive an extra $500,000 on top of the first place World Poker Tour prize courtesy of PartyPoker. In fact there’s $1 million to be given away by Party Poker if one of their qualifiers wins an event - $500,000 to the winner and $500,000 to every other Party Poker player partaking in the event.
In order to win one of these packages you must come in the top three of a weekly satellite at Party Poker which are running from no until May 30th. The WPT Satellite is held each Sunday at 14:15 ET, but is a little hefty with a buy-in of $750 + $50. Not to worry though as there is an excellent qualifying structure for the satellites running on a daily basis with freerolls and low buy-in tournaments.
The 2010 WPT calendar includes visits to Venice, Las Vegas, California, Cyprus and others; all great places to make a legend of yourself!
